About Frank
Frank Riemer is an AI Architect at the Oracle EMEA AI Center of Excellence. He builds AI Center of Excellence frameworks for enterprise customers as his day job. On frankx.ai he makes the same enterprise-grade frameworks available openly.
Founder's Circle is a separate offering from Frank's Oracle role. It does not involve Oracle proprietary materials. Where the work overlaps with what an employer relationship requires, the work is referred upstream rather than serviced in the Circle.
All work in the Circle is done under FrankX (Frank's separate Dutch BV). Confidentiality, NDAs, and conflict-of-interest screening are part of the application process.
