AI Shorts — 60-second signal

60 seconds. Zero filler.

Vertical Shorts curated by an AI Architect. The bar is brutal: does this compress a real insight into under a minute? If not, it doesn’t make the page. Every Short is paired with commentary on why it matters to builders, creators, and the Personal AI CoE you’re assembling.

Frank’s Take — The Real Reason You're Always Tired
Peak performance starts upstream of the prompt. Before you build the AI Architect's mind, fix the operator's body — energy is the substrate every great creator compounds from.

— Frank Riemer, AI Architect · Personal AI CoE

Full transcript
You will wake up tired the next morning no matter how much you relax. >> Really? >> Yes. Because relaxation is only 50% of the story. Our brain confuses physical and mental exhaustion. It doesn't distinguish well. So you are mentally tired. Some people have very physically demanding jobs. Most are sitting with a screen all day. So when you get home, you're not physically exhausted. You're mentally drained. >> Yes. >> And then relaxing won't drain you further, but it won't recharge you. It won't fill the battery. What will fill the battery is something active that is recharging for you. If somebody's creative, if they're a painter getting up and painting for half an hour or doing something creative, if they're an organizer organizing, if they're extrovert going and socializing and forcing themselves to get up even though they feel drained, they will come back feeling more energized. They will sleep better because relaxing is 50%, recharging is 50%.

How this Shorts library is built

Shorts are the top of the learning funnel inside ACOS — the Agentic Creator OS. Here’s the exact pipeline you can steal for your own knowledge system.

01

Capture from mobile

iOS/Android share sheet → Notion Video Inbox database. Works from the YouTube app, Twitter, anywhere you scroll.

02

Sync + stage

GitHub Action syncs Notion → video-staging.json every hour. Nothing publishes until Frank reviews with commentary.

03

Publish with AEO

Each Short gets VideoObject schema, transcript, commentary, and category placement — so it’s found by Google and cited by AI.

Questions about AI Shorts

What are AI Shorts on FrankX?

Curated vertical (9:16) videos ≤ 60 seconds that deliver high-signal insights on AI, peak performance, and building things that last. Each Short is paired with Frank’s editorial commentary explaining why it matters to builders, creators, and AI architects.

Who curates these Shorts?

Frank Riemer — AI Architect & Creator — personally selects each Short. The curation filter: does this compress a real insight into 60 seconds or less? If not, it doesn’t make the page. Independent project. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle.

Why 60 seconds?

Short-form is the fastest way to expose your mind to new frameworks. A great 60-second Short can shift how you operate for years. The cost of watching is nothing. The upside is compounding. Frank’s Personal AI CoE approach treats Shorts as rapid-fire pattern library — the same way enterprise CoEs use curated case studies.

Can I submit a Short to be featured?

Yes — send any YouTube Short link via the contact form or @frankx_ai on X. The bar: compresses a non-obvious insight on AI, creative craft, or peak performance into under 60 seconds.

How do Shorts fit into FrankX’s broader learning system?

Shorts are the top of the learning funnel inside ACOS (Agentic Creator OS). Scan Shorts for signal → save long-form videos to watchlists → convert ideas into blog posts, prompts, and products. Each Short has a commentary slot because pattern recognition requires interpretation, not just exposure.
